Do I need a patch test before my first set?
Yes — all new lash extension clients must book a patch test at least 48 hours ahead of their first full set. It's a quick appointment that protects your skin and eyes from any reaction.
How long does a full set take?
Classic sets run about 120 minutes, Hybrid about 135, and Volume about 150. Fills are a 60-minute appointment and should be booked every 2-3 weeks.
What should I do before my appointment?
Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup — this lets the adhesive bond properly and gets you the longest-lasting wear.
Can I get lash lifts and brow services in the same visit?
Yes, many clients pair a Lash Lift & Tint with a Brow Lamination or Brow Wax & Tint — just book both when you schedule.
