Questions we hear often

Do I need a patch test?

Yes — all new lash extension clients must book a patch test at least 24-48 hours before their first full set. This protects your skin and is non-negotiable for new sets.

How long does a full set take?

Between 120 and 150 minutes depending on the style (classic, hybrid, or volume). Fills run about 60 minutes.

How often should I get a fill?

Most clients come back every two weeks to keep their set full and even.

Can I get a lash lift instead of extensions?

Absolutely — a lash lift and tint is a great lower-maintenance option if you want curl and definition without extensions.

What should I do before my appointment?

Come with clean lashes and skip mascara or oil-based products the day of your visit.
